Dubai Chamber of Commerce organises 252 bilateral business meetings – Business – Economy and Finance

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three cameras that operate under the umbrella or the cameras of Dubai, has successfully organized bilateral business meetings between the Compans of Dubai and Angola in Luanda, the city of the city of the country. The commercial mission to Angola had representatives of 20 private sector companies based in Dubai operating in various industries, including agriculture; Construction and construction materials; Electronics; Energy and petrochemicals; Engineering; FMCG Commerce; Food and drinks; Information technologies; manufacturing; Maritime and shipping services; Metallurgical industries; Real estate; retail; and supply and logistics chain.

As part of the mission’s activities, Dubai Chamber of Commerce Organized to Business Forum in Luanda Titled ‘Doing Business With Angola’ With The Support of the UAE Embassy in Luanda, Angola’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce, The Chamber of Exporta (CCIA), The Agency of Angola) Angola, Agency of Angolic, and the consultation General of the Republic of Angola In Dubai.

The forum presented a main speech pronounced on behalf of Hei Miguêns de Oliveira, Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Republic of Angola, by Antonio Mikoen Domingos, National Director of Integration and Economic Development in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The forum also presented the main speeches of He Salem Ali Al Shamsi, ambassador of the United Arab Emirates of the Republic of Angola; And he scares. Vicente Soares, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola (CCIA). The event attracted 416 participants, including senior officials, business leaders and Angolan companies interested in exploring opportunities for association with the Chamber delegation.

Hi, Mohammad Ali, Rashed Lotah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, commented: “We continue to be committed to the construction of commercial and investment cooperation bridges between Dubai and countries around the world in support of our development tests and shared development interests. Commerce.”

The value of non -oil trade between Dubai and Angola reached 7.8 billion AEDs in 2024, which represents an annual growth of 3.3% compared to the registered door of 7.6 billion AED the previous year. The number of Angoleñas companies registered as active members of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce reached 72 at the end of the first quarter of 2025.

Duration The business forum, Salem al Shamsi, vice president of International Relations of Dubai Chambers, offered a comprehensive presentation on Dubai’s economic panorama and described the unique competitive advantages of the Emirate for companies and investors.

A discussion session was also a hero as part of the forum with the participation of Jerónimo Nunda Pongolola, a member of the Board of the Investment and Promotion of Exports of Angola (Aipex). The session explored the economic and investment landscapes of Angola and the strategic approaches described for Dubai’s companions to establish and expand their operations successively in the Angolan market while taking advantage of the promising growth of the country in several sectors.

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce has identified a series of high potential export products from Dubai to Angola, including cell phones, textiles, aluminum plates, pharmaceutical products, rice and perfumes. In terms of investment opportunities for Dubai headquarters in Angola, key sectors include oil and gas technologies on the high seas; Airport management; Marine technologies such as fishing and ports; Heath equipment services and supplies; and infrastructure projects, including aviation and rail transport.
