The meeting was attended by Francisco Chacón, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the EAU, and his excellence Hala Badri, general director of the Dubai culture.
The meeting marked a strategic step towards strengthening cultural relations between the EAU and Costa Rica, which reflects the continuous commitment of Sheikha Latifa to promote global cultural exchange and dialogue.
In line with the vision of Dubai’s culture to build bridges between cultures and enhance talent at local and international level, the discussion explored opportunities for Emirati and Costa Rican artists to participate in joint initiatives, including participation in festivals.
